These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "You") and CRS99 ("Company", "Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the CRS99 website accessible athttps://crs99.lat and all associated services, products, mobile interfaces, and software applications provided by the Company (collectively, the "Services").
CRS99 is an online gaming and sports betting platform serving registered members across Malaysia, including users located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other regions. Our platform offers real-money sports betting markets covering the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and numerous other sporting competitions, together with a full suite of online casino products including live dealer tables, slots, and instant-win games.
By accessing CRS99, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety without qualification. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the CRS99 platform or any of its Services.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the CRS99 platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You are encouraged to review this page regularly. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this document.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
Age Restriction — Strictly Enforced: CRS99 is strictly a platform for adults. You must be aged 21 years or above to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any real-money gaming or betting activity on this Platform. CRS99 does not permit access to persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
By registering an Account on CRS99, you warrant and represent that all of the following eligibility criteria are satisfied at the time of registration and remain satisfied throughout your use of the Platform:
CRS99 reserves the right to request verification of eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy these eligibility requirements, or the provision of false or misleading information, may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, the forfeiture of any Account Balance, and where applicable, referal to relevant authorities.
Each individual is permitted to hold onlyone (1) registered Account on the CRS99 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, CRS99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withold any funds held therein pending investigation.
During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. This information must reflect your true identity and must be kept current at all times. You are required to notify CRS99 promptly of any changes to your registered details by updating your Account profile or contacting our support team.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. CRS99 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact CRS99 Support immediately.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed subject to the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements and the completion of any pending transactions. CRS99 may also close or suspend an Account at its discretion where these Terms have been breached or where required for legal, regulatory, or risk-management purposes.
CRS99 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all Members prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time where the Company has reasonable grounds to verify a Member's identity, address, or source of funds.
CRS99 aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documentation. Members will be notified by email upon successful verification or if additional documentation is required. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
CRS99 will never request your Account password as part of the KYC process. Only upload your documentation through the official CRS99 platform. Do not share identity documents with any third party claiming to act on behalf of CRS99 outside of the official secure upload portal.
CRS99 accepts deposits exclusively from payment methods that are registered in the name of the Account holder. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
CRS99 supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian members:
Minimum deposit is RM30 per transaction for most payment methods. Maximum deposit limits vary by method and account tier. Members may set personal deposit limits through their Account settings at any time as part of our responsible gambling framework. Deposit limits set by the Member cannot be increased for a minimum of24 hours following any modification.
E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are credited to your CRS99 Account instantly upon successful authorisation. FPX bank transfers are typically credited within 5to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the requisite number of network confirmations and are not subject to guaranteed processing times. CRS99 bears no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network congestion.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in the name of the Account holder and matching the method used for the most recent deposit, where practically applicable. CRS99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
All quoted processing times are estimates and may be extended due to technical maintenance, security reviews, public holidays, or circumstances beyond CRS99's reasonable control. CRS99 does not guarantee specific withdrawal completion times and accepts no liability for delays where commercially reasonable efforts have been made to process the request within the stated timeframes.
CRS99 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Members, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.
All bonus funds awarded through CRS99 promotions are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover requirements") that must be met before bonus-derived winings may be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms (e.g., a 35x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus means RM3,500 in total qualifying wagers must be completed).
All wagers placed on the CRS99 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game, as published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between market-specific rules and these general Terms, the market-specific rules will prevail in relation to the relevant betting product.
A bet is not accepted until you receive confirmation from the CRS99 Platform.RS99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the bet was placed in error or at manifestly incorrect odds; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or integrity concerns; (c) the bet exceds your account's applicable stake limits; or (d) the bet relates to an event or market that has been suspended or closed.
A wager may be declared void where: the event is cancelled, abandoned, or not completed within the applicable timeframe; the market is settled in error and the error cannot be corrected; or manifest pricing errors are identified. Voided bets will be returned to your Account Balance as real-money funds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the CRS99 Platform. Violation of any of the below provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and where warranted, referal to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
CRS99 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Members. All content, materials, software, and intellectual property appearing on or forming part of the CRS99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video content, data compilations, and software — are the exclusive property of CRS99 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying Platform content without prior written consent; creating derivative works based on Platform content; or using CRS99 trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by CRS99.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CRS99 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, business opportunity, or goodwill — arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services, even where CRS99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
CRS99's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to CRS99 in the 90-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all causes of action in aggregate, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.
CRS99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious software, and accepts no liability for losses arising from technical interruptions, maintenance downtime, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to telecommunications failures, third-party payment processor outages, or force majeure events.
CRS99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where any amendment is material, CRS99 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Members via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendment taking effect.
Your continued use of the CRS99 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.
The version of the Terms applicable to any dispute will be the version in force at the time the relevant event or transaction occurred, except where updated Terms are required to apply retroactively by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which CRS99 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute between you and CRS99 arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through CRS99's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team.
CRS99 is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution. Any complaint will be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt and a final decision communicated within 14 business days. Should any dispute remain unresolved following the internal process, the parties may elect to pursue resolution through appropriate independent arbitration or mediation channels.
